New Haven, Conn., March 19, 2009 - Research Edge, LLC, the leading real-time research company, today announced that Stephen Unger has joined the Research Edge, LLC Healthcare team. Mr. Unger comes to Research Edge from Balyasny Asset Management L.P., where he was responsible for a portion of healthcare equity research. Prior to Balyasny, Mr. Unger was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he spent over 10 years covering healthcare firms, including initial public offerings for Inveresk Research Group and PRA International.

Stephen Unger is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Certified Public Accountant, and member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and AICPA. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Mr. Unger's research will be available to clients of Research Edge's Healthcare sector team, where he joins Thomas Tobin. Research Edge debuted Healthcare coverage at the Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting, March 15-19, 2009 in Baltimore, Maryland.
